After visiting relatives in Arizona, my wife and I found a great community outside of Phoenix. It was an opportunity to purchase a beautiful home with money left over to retire. I wasn’t sure we could get enough for our home in Rocklin to make it happen nor was I sure we could get it sold in time to buy the new one. I called our neighborhood specialist Billy Rad and he met with us immediately. Billy assured us we could get top dollar for our Rocklin home, and his team would get the transaction closed in time. Billy Rad When I moved to Rocklin in 1968, it was the beginning of my active participation within the community. Little League, Cub Scouts, student council, paper routs and mowing lawns all provided me with an opportunity to help others wihile establishing wonderful relationships along the way. I left the area to attend college. Upon my return to Rocklin, I purchased my first home, got married and am raising my three boys.
